Southeastern Aluminum Products is a leading manufacturer of both Framed and Frameless Bath Enclosures and Shower Doors for the Residential and Commercial building industry, servicing the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean from manufacturing facilities in Jacksonville, Florida; Indianapolis, Indiana; and Phoenix, Arizona. My areas include: inventory maintenance, updates to over fifteen .NET applications that converse with a SysPro backend system. Servers for databases, applications, and remoted desktop services were both on prem and cloud based. Languages included: .NET, ASP, PowerShell, PowerBI, ACCESS and SQL Servers.

Provide day to day database care and management (24/7) to over twelve clients totaling over seventy seven enterprise databases (Oracle and SQL Server). This system is designed with a SQL Server data repository and front end delivery systems including: Authorware, Captivate, Adobe's Flash and some third party SCORM and AICC products. My direct responsibilities include extensive "hands on" coding within the E Learning products, data migration utilities, reporting and data design, manipulation/optimization and the design and creation of an exam engine and numerous web based dashboards and utilities.

Designed and coded an inventory control system that included on-line reporting services and real time inventory levels related to books and educational products. Additionally, I re-engineered the corporate point of sale software system that included product bar code scanners, inventory forecasting, and sales statistics. This corporate point of sale / inventory system was a combination of real time and batch sales and inventory control.

My missions deeply involved me with reacting to emergency situations at various client sites related to banking and mortgage origination products that Fidelity supports. Some of my notable clients have been Toyota, Harris Bank, Sun Trust, Washington Mutual and TD Bank North. Major projects have included database migrations resulting from bank mergers and acquisitions, resolving system slowdowns related to database deadlocks, obsolete indexes, rewrites of stored procedures, restructuring of tables and views, in depth analysis to match extreme volumes to response times and data platform migration from non-similar data structures to support corporate changes in systems and products in production and slated for use in production.
